You will build belief in your practice and your purpose through exercises to expand your view of meditation and enhance trust in yourself and your abilities where you are.  

  3. MINDSET: shift your mindset to one of acceptance. Your mindset must shift so distractions, judgment, worry, negativity, and lack of focus do not disrupt your mindfulness. This course provides you with the knowledge and tools to make that mindset shift so that where you want to be is where you are.
